LO1: Understand audio visual promos PASS GRADE (P1)	Analysis of 5 music videos or film trailers similar to the genre that you want to make against the following criteria: Purpose, form, content, meaning, genre, intended audience. Embedded links of your chosen music videos or film trailers that are correctly referenced. Embedded links of 4 other examples of audio visual promos ( vlog, short film, documentary, TV advert)	P -         You have successfully analysed 5 film trailers for this learning outcome with embedded links. I -        You have a heading for ‘purpose’ and your ‘form’ section is missing which says it is a trailer as its non-linear. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO GAIN THE P1 FOR THIS LO -        You must label ALL your post with the LO that goes with it. For example your analysis of 5 film trailers should be called ‘ Analysis of  film trailers LO1’ DO THIS ASAP. -        For your examples of other audio promos, you need to also add a couple of sentences to each that explains what it is and what is it promoting. THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Bubbl.us mind maps can be hard to read. Export as a JPEG and upload instead of screen grabs. LO2: Be able to produce pre-production materials for an original audio-visual promo PASS GRADE (P2) MERIT GRADE (M1)	TWO detailed treatments. The second treatment/idea should be posted on your blog as  Contingency Treatment Ofcom regulations (all) and BBFC Classification (film trailers) to be addressed in the treatment. Script using industry standard format Storyboard with camera movement arrows, detailed mise en scene, camerawork, shot types, editing information (P2-M1) Weekly Production schedules that state what you are contributing to the group. Gantt chart including pre-production, production and post-production dates. Recce form and photographs for each filming location Risk assessment for each film location Release and consent form for all actors Detailed call sheet for each time you go filming. Copyright permission for songs/ sound effects	P -         1 treatment has been uploaded -         Team roles identified for planning documents. -         A photographed Recce form has been uploaded. -         Evidence of finding music for the trailer. -         Photograph of a storyboard being made is uploaded. -         Contingency plan for the new narrative is uploaded. -         Production schedules uploaded. -         Screen grab of a Gantt chart is uploaded. -         Location Recce pictures uploaded. I -        Script, more call sheets, recce forms and risk assessments from different filming locations, completed detailed storyboards with camera arrows, copyright for music and licenses,  consent forms from actors are  ALL missing. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO GAIN A P2/M1 for this LO -        All paper work/ forms for this LO1 must be scanned in, not photographed or screen grabbed, so that it looks professional on your blog. THIS IS IMPORTANT -        As mentioned above all posts title should feature the correct LO number (see column to the left) and a clear title of what the post is THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Gantt chart needs re - uploading as you can see the tabs in Excel  and the dates need extending to March 30th THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Reflect on the music that you looked at on Soundcloud (1/12/14) and post that is dated (28/1/15 – where was this music found as it is not stated in the post!!!) did you find music that you could use? if so  how did you gain permission to use it? A sample of the music would need to be uploaded and state why it is suitable for your film trailer.  THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Production schedules need cropping as you can see the tabs in Excel and it is also hard to read. THIS IS IMPORTANT -        For your treatments, BBFC considerations as part of Legal and ethical issues needs to be included instead of just web links to Ofcom.  Key milestones date(s) needs to be added to your treatments. Also your contingency treatment is missing. DO NOT USE SCREEN GRAB. SCAN IT IN. -        You need to add a description to your Location Recce photographs, stating what the locations are, why this is suitable for your productions, what will you film there.  THIS IS IMPORTANT N – See the above improvements PASS - P1 ,M1 – NOT YET FULLY ACHIEVED DUE TO MISSING SCRIPTS, CALL SHEETS, RECCE, CONSENT FORMS FROM ACTORS.
LO3: Be able to produce materials for use in an original audio-visual promo PASS GRADE (P3) MERIT GRADE (M2) DISTINCTION GRADE (D1)	Photographic evidence of setting up equipment, using and following script/storyboard, recce forms and risk assessment when filming (photographs, vine videos) Team roles/responsibility whilst filming to be evidenced on your blog. Footage from filming to be uploaded to your blog under blog post title Rushes. This must be evaluated against:  what is useable and why, what needs to be re-filmed.	P -        Rushes have been uploaded and some have been evaluated. I -        As mentioned above posts need clear LO’s in regards to what the evidence in the post is for. THIS IS IMPORTANT. -        Your uploaded rushes ALL need evaluating (12/1/15)THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Team roles and responsibilities whilst filming needs to be posted. THIS IS IMPORTANT -        Setting up equipment whilst filming photographs is missing. Completed Edit log to be uploaded Evidence of adding visual and audio effects to footage (Photographs/ videos) Evidence of what each member of the group has contributed in the editing stages (screen grabs/vine videos) Final audio visual promo to be uploaded. THIS IS IMPORTANT. -         There is no evidence yet of what you edited in the Premiere. THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR THIS LO -        As mentioned above posts need clear titles in regards to what the evidence in the post is for. For example post-dated 26/11/14) should be called ‘Editing in Premiere – LO4’ with a  description about what you have done. THIS IS IMPORTANT. PROVISIONAL GRADE FOR UNIT 46:   - PASS You have some good examples of work in places Dominic, but this grade cannot improve yet until paperwork and evidence for LO2 - LO4 is on your blog.
