- In today's lesson I have been helping Matt with the editing for the film.

- I have also completed the shot log for the recordings that we have got.

This weekend we will be filming the scene at Finleys house

What I have done today is wrote up about shot and edit logs 

What I need to do is fill in a few more boxes in my production schedule

Shot log and edit log - LO2

Shot log
A shot log is a record of the shots/footage you have filmed. It allows you to evaluate what is useable and what is needed to be re-filmed

- Allows you to take notes of shots used - Duration of each shot
Good - Use            Bad - Don't use

-Good
-Rubbish
-Good          While filming = Saves time
-Rubbish

-Evaluate  = Which are good
                 = Need to re film cause it was rubbish

Edit log
An edit log is used to record the footage/shots/taken and the sfx. The sfx/audio that you will use in your production.

In today's lesson myself and the rest of the group will be doing a recce of filming locations, filming some scenes inside the UTC and walking round the town













What is a good about the footage is that it clearly shows the character and what he is looking at

What is bad about the footage is that the focus is rubbish on one of the clips

My objective today is to fully complete the treatment that I was working on last lesson and then send it to the rest of the people in my group

What I have been doing today is working on the treatment for our second idea while Matt was doing the treatment for our first idea

What I still need to do is complete the treatment by which I will be completing this next lesson. The points which need finishing off are Health and safety considerations,key milestones and legal and ethical considerations
